This was set up in Nigeria to render consultancy services and for establishment of telecommunications centres.

 

1.2.2       TCIL Vanguard Ltd., (TVL)

This joint venture company with Vanguard Inc. U.S.A. renders turnkey services for providing Cellular Mobile and Radio Paging Services.

 

1.2.3       Tamil Nadu Telecommunications Ltd., (TTL)

This Joint Venture with Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation is for production facilities for feeder and distribution cables of various sizes.

 

1.2.4       TCIL Bell South Ltd.,

This is a joint venture in collaboration with Bell south International Inc. USA for  development  of  telecommunications  related software and its marketing in

India and abroad.

 

1.2.5       Orange Telecom Software (OTS)

This  joint venture with Nepostel, Netherlands with head quarters at Haque is to

focus on the European Telecom Software Market.

1.2.6       Hexacom India Ltd.

An alliance with Shyam Telecom and Telesystems International Wireless, Canada to set up cellular service operations in the State of Rajasthan and the North-Eastern Region of India.

 

1.2.7       Intelligent Communication Systems India Ltd. [ICSIL]

A joint venture with Delhi State Industrial Development Corporation for the manufacture of Intelligent Messaging Terminals.

  

1.2.8. TCIL Saudi Company Limited [TSCL]

An alliance with National Telecom co.(K.S.A.) for telecom projects in Saudi Arabia.
