standard TCIL-SMS software is tailor made to suit your requirements. The
system works on Windows NT / Windows ’98 operating system with Oracle as its platform. This
software can be easily interfaced with the PBX system in the front end and with
the Internet for e-commerce applications in the back-end. [Standard
e‑commerce packages like Info-Dial, Q-Commerce etc. are available which
could be used for the back end processing. Standard Voice-interface systems for
Panasonic, Meisei Electric Company etc. could be used for front end processing.

client portion of TCIL-SMS is not loaded on every computer in the organization
since common browser tools are available on each computer i.e., browser access
to the company web site, internet/intranet access, e-mail and pagers. Thus the
TCIL-SMS must support access to critical functionality such as service requests,
reporting, expedited dispatch of emergency work orders and others from
non-TCIL-SMS computers.
