This division undertakes survey, planning and design, supply and construction of local cable networks within the country to meet the requirements of Department of Telecommunications, Government of India. TCIL undertakes turnkey assignments for planning and setting up of Local Telephone Networks using conventional copper, optical fiber & WLL technology. This includes survey, design, planning, installation, operation and maintenance of the external plant.

At present, TCIL is involved in projects in as many as 50 cities, in India alone, setting up model external plant networks. It has also developed a vast network of contractors and vendors to implement the projects and manufacture network material. This experience enables TCIL to set up cost efficient and reliable networks in India and abroad

Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL), a Government of India Undertaking engaged in the execution of Telecommunication Projects in India and abroad has been registered in several Gulf Countries including Kuwait as a Contractor for the execution of turnkey projects in Telecommunications. It is also one of the pre-qualified contractors for the Ministry of Communications, Kuwait

We undertake survey, engineering ,planning and execution of all turnkey projects.
